I need more space and want to upgrade my account to give me more room for my website.

To upgrade your account, please submit a new ticket to Customer Service at upgrade@csmediahosting.com. You can also open a ticket online at the CMG Online Support Center with your current domain name or account number, last four digits of your credit card, and the package you would like to upgrade to. Your bill will then be pro-rated to the new package. Meaning, if you have 10 days left before your account renews, we'll refund you the 10 days left on the old package, and then bill you 30 days (one month) on the new package.
